Jim Lew:
Background

Jim has a long
background working with a wide variety of therapy
and self improvement methodologies. His work as
both a therapist and as an evolving human being
led him to explore Transactional Analysis with
Morrie Hamowitz and Alan Jacobs in Chicago in the
early 70s, to become certified in NLP with
Bandler and Grinder in the 80s, to apply
Meyers-Briggs profiling in the 90s and he is now
exploring Emotional Intelligence (particularly in
connection with executive behavior with Robert
Cooper, author of Executive EQ). Other
topics of current interest include the notion of
transparency as explored by Jourard, author of
The Transparent Self and the role of
authenticity in organizational learning. |
